vegetables | grilled grapefruit salad

This is delicious, quick and very easy.

Wheat free, dairy free, nut free, meat free version...

Method...

  1. Lay the grapefruit segments on foil and drizzle with the syrup.
  2. Grill until syrup beginning to caramelise and leave to cool a little.
  3. Then in a bowl, toss together the salad leaves, seeds, grapefruit segments and any syrupy juice.

Maybe serve with...

This is great with rice, baked potato or potato wedges and some roasted Mediterranean vegetables.

For those able to eat wheat...

Serve with any sort of fresh or baked bread as a starter.
