miscellaneous | banana and honey smoothie
Makes 1 tall glass (gin and tonic size only somehow more healthy!)
This is a gorgeously smooth, creamy and sweet drink which is great for adults and children alike! And it's fantastic for using up really ripe bananas that no one fancies eating. So it helps reduce waste too. It's also great solution if you're beginning to feel hungry but it won't be too long before you have supper. I stress, it is not, however, a substitute for a meal.

For those able to eat dairy...
To be perfectly honest, if you gave this to someone who ordinarily drank dairy milk and didn't tell them it wasn't dairy milk (so long as they aren't allergic to rice milk, of course), I don't know that they would taste a significant difference. But if you wished to make this with dairy milk, you certainly could.
If you have rice milk left, see the hot chocolate, sweet vanilla sauce or rice pudding.
